BTA-PROMPT provides custom packages for each race that requests our services.  Whether we are timing a 5k fun run/walk or an iron distance triathlon, we work with each event to ensure they are getting exactly what they need at an affordable price.

All of our services are 100% Bahamian, meaning we do not have to ship in (and out) equipment, pay for international airfare, work permits, etc.  For races based in Nassau we do not charge for extra accommodations or daily allowances. The total cost given includes all necessary shipping (bibs, chips, etc) into the Bahamas, all duty and clearance, and all required VAT.

We have a variety of equipment to support races including bike racks, PA systems, timing clocks, orange fencing, road cones, support vehicles, and more.

We also can provide race specific items such as t-shirts, bibs, finishers medals, trophies & awards, and other sundries.  We work directly with suppliers around the world and in the Bahamas to ensure you get a great product at a great price.
